Refund Policy

We do not generally do refunds. However, if any products are damaged or faulty, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

Please check your selling eligibility prior to placing an order
Per the refund request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by our Financial department within 7 business days.

OR

we will credit your next orders with Xtreme Supplies LLC.
There is a minimum requirement of $100 for refunds to be processed. A credit will be issued if the refund total is less than $100.
The paid amount will be refunded only if the order is declined or canceled by Xtreme Supplies LLC or Goods and/or Services are returned according to the Return Policy at our discretion.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
