1.Shipping Policy
1.1 Orders placed during our working week (Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) will usually be processed and dispatched according to the leading time mentioned in offer details.
1.2 During very busy periods, however, order dispatch may be delayed. In this instance, we will advise you of the estimated dispatch date of your order by email.
1.3 Orders are shipped via trucking. Upon completion of your first order and account full set up, a customer representative will contact you regarding the fees. Trucking quotations are estimates based on initial order’s total weight and estimated number of pallets. Estimate transit time will differ depending on shipping location.
1.4 All shipping estimates are NON-BINDING and may be subject to additional verification and service charges needed at the time of shipment. The actual total charges will be determined at the time of shipment.
1.5 Please ensure that your delivery address is correct (including postcode) before paying for your order. We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of a parcel where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.
1.6 Depending on your local postal service you may need to ensure that you add a specific Delivery Name for parcels being delivered to a different address. For more information please check with your local postal service.
1.7 If you are arranging for a parcel to be sent to a Business address please ensure to include the Company Name along with the name of the recipient.
1.8 If any product is not available we will inform you immediately once we’re made aware of this. We will credit / refund the value of this item back to you and dispatch the rest of your order.
1.9 We regret that we cannot change a delivery address once the item has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Charges
2.1 Payment of freight charges is always the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer bears the cost of the shipment, owns the goods in transit and is responsible for filing any damage claims also known as FOB Origin and Freight Collect.
2.2 All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.
2.3 We do not take responsibility for delays once items have left our warehouse.
2.4 Although we will make every effort to ensure your products are delivered within the time stated, we take no responsibility for loss or damage incurred where delivery is time dependent. No compensation is payable to the customer for delayed receipt or inconvenience.
2.5 We do not take responsibility for a parcel in the event that it is opened or tampered with by a third party during transit, in these instances you should contact the courier and take advice on how to proceed under their procedures.

3. Residential Delivery Charges
3.1 All shipping companies (with the exception of UPS, USPS and FedEx) have an approximate $50 standard fee applied to all residential deliveries.
3.2 Shipments with a residential destination are also subject to a fuel surcharge, and extra accessorial charges when there is a required or request for a lift gate, call before delivery or inside delivery.
4. International Shipping Charges
4.1 Our shipping department seeks the most economical shipping rate and assists international customers in every possible way but we are not liable for knowledge of foreign taxes or charges that might be added to shipment.
5. Shipping Efficiency
5.1 Xtreme Supplies LLC works with a variety of shipping companies that help with the arrival of your order at the lowest cost to you!.
5.2 All LTL (Less Than Truckload) orders will be carefully checked, stacked high and efficiently wrapped on pallets. For details you can contact our team.
5.3 Xtreme Supplies LLC warns customers that we do not recommend shipping liquid or fragile items on orders designated as the most price-effective shipping method to be via UPS (United Postal Service). However, with a completed faxed or scanned disclaimer form, we will at customer’s discretion fulfill the order and ship via UPS.
5.4 The disclaimer form must have the customer’s signature, which consents to remove liability from Four Seasons General Merchandise. We will not be held responsible in any way for damages nor cooperate on any claims filed should any damages occur during the UPS transit.
6. Less than Truckload (LTL) Shipping/UPS
6.1 Our company works with the best trucking companies to get the highest discount on all shipments. We achieve excellent service at the lowest possible rates for all customers. However, if you are partial to a company we will work in conjunction without any problem.
7. Container Load Shipments
7.1 Every container ships out with superior quality packaging. This includes efficient and maximized use of space and every precautionary measure to avoid breaks, damages, and loss.
7.2 Our shipping department books container deployment with the most reputable shipping lines and freight forwarders available to any destination throughout the world!.
7.3 We efficiently consolidate, load, and coordinate moving merchandise containers to the first available vessel to avoid any long or unexpected delays.
8. Freight Claims
8.1 If your order was damaged by the delivery company we arranged for you, please note your findings on the Bill of Lading / Delivery paperwork (take pictures if possible) and contact us within 24 – 48 hours.
8.2 Xtreme Supplies LLC is not responsible for damage of product in transit but may request documentation to file a claim on your behalf with the carrier.
9. Order Changes
9.1 If you have submitted your order but forgot to add or wish to substitute or even remove items, you may do so by contacting our salesperson immediately.
10. Refunds & Cancellation
10.1 Any customers with cancelled orders will bear the cost of return shipping.
10.2 Also any order that has been processed in the warehouse is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. If the sales representative has not entered the order and if for any reason you choose to cancel your order you will not be responsible for any charges.
11. Missing and/or Damaged Items
11.1 Each shipment is regarded as a piece count. This means drivers must count and sign the number of cartons and/or pallets as well as the consignee (customer) at the destination.
11.2 Any physical damages or discrepancies such as crushed, opened, loose, or missing cartons must be noted on the drivers receipt at time of delivery.
